Sip N Smash was built on one idea — fresh food done right, every single time. Our burgers start with a custom Brisket and Short Rib blend, smashed to order on a hot griddle and stacked with fresh cut toppings and homemade sauces. Our sides are fried in 100% beef tallow. Our shakes are hand-spun fresh. Nothing here is frozen, pre-made, or cut short.
We are not trying to reinvent the smash burger. We are just committed to doing it better than anyone else in Jacksonville.

Mini Bar Donuts crafts small-batch artisan donuts in rotating flavors, and we serve them fresh in-house every day. From Fruity Pebbles to Maple Bacon to Birthday Cake, these are not an afterthought. They are a full chapter of the menu.
